Yoga for Anxiety Group Series Starts 3/30/17!

This spring, I am once again offering the six-week group series Yoga for Anxiety. The series starts on Thursday 3/30/17 and we will meet from 6:30-7:45 pm. The group series provides a supportive space to experience and learn yoga practices and tools specifically designed to manage anxiety.
